Important information about your visit

Cadbury World is a self-guided tour where you’ll discover the history, the making and the magic of Cadbury confectionery as you journey through an assortment of chocolatey zones.

To make sure that you have time to enjoy all of our chocolatey zones, please allow at least two hours for your visit. Eight of our zones including the brand new Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride, plus the Cadbury World Shop and Café, are accessed through our main reception area. The time that is shown on your ticket is the time to visit this area.

The 4D Chocolate Adventure, the newly revamped Bournville Experience and the newly themed Have A Go zone are all located at the rear of the building next to the African Adventure Play Area. These attractions can be enjoyed either before or after your timed entry to the main attraction.

It’s very important that you enter the main attraction at the time you have booked which is shown on your ticket. If you arrive late, we unfortunately may not be able to admit you if ticket slots are sold out, which is often the case at weekends and during school holidays.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before the time on your ticket to enjoy the 4D Chocolate Adventure, the Bournville Experience, the Have A Go zone and the African Adventure play area before you enter the self-guided tour of the main attraction e.g. if you are booking 1.30pm, please arrive by 12.45pm.

Please note that during the week, we also welcome school groups who usually enter the main attraction tour in the morning.

Arrive at least 60 minutes before to enjoy the 4D Chocolate Adventure, the Bournville Experience, the Have A Go zone and the African Adventure play area before you enter the self-guided tour of the main attraction e.g. if you are booking 2.30pm, please arrive by 1.30pm.

Daily show times for the 4D Chocolate Adventure cinema are displayed at reception for you to check on arrival. Our 4D Chocolate Adventure cinema experience closes an hour after the last admission to Cadbury World.

Please see the calendar here for last admission information

Please make sure you visit this zone before the main attraction if you need to, depending on the guidelines above.
