Frequently Asked Questions

Enquire about a school visit here and our education team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm your booking. If you would like an educational session, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance due to the popularity of our sessions.

We suggest you allow 3 – 3.5 hours for a visit. If you have booked to include an educational session, we suggest you allow for 4 - 4.5 hours for your visit.

Educational sessions are subject to availability Mon-Fri during term time. They are popular, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Lunch - school groups are welcome to bring packed lunches to eat during their visit. We have picnic tables available adjacent to the African Adventure play area both undercover and outside. These are available on a first come first served basis.

Shopping - visitor groups can visit the Cadbury World Shop before, or as they leave the main self-guided tour.

4D Chocolate Adventure - a 4D cinema experience zone suitable for all ages, with 58 moving seats and two wheelchair spaces, taking around 20 minutes to complete.

We offer 2 complimentary tickets for teachers to do their own risk assessment, this is available to schools who have booked a visit with us and must be pre-booked with us prior to coming.

We have several covered marquees available for schools to use for their lunches. These are not bookable and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

We recommend using a coach travel comparison website to find the best deal for your transport to Cadbury World: Coach Hire Comparison.

There is a free coach parking area on-site and every coach driver will receive free entry.

Unfortunately, we are unable to store packed lunches, bags or coats. We kindly advise that any items which you don’t wish to carry with you on the tour, are kept securely on your coach.

Plastic carrier bags will be charged at 5p each, in line with government law. You are encouraged to bring your own bags from home if a visit to the Cadbury World Shop is planned.

Health
