Our education team will contact you within 5 working days to confirm your booking. If you would like an educational talk, we recommend booking at least 3 months in advance due to the popularity of our sessions. We are delighted to offer our brand new virtual education sessions to you wherever you are in the world.
Make A Virtual Booking Enquiry Here Payment
Full payment is due prior to your entry to Cadbury World group cheque (made payable to ‘Cadbury World’) or by card. Payment should be made by the teacher before the group leaves the coach. If you wish to make payment over the phone, please call +44 121 393 6004. We do not invoice schools for their visit and we do not accept BACS payment. Cheques must be sent at least 2 weeks prior to your visit and addressed to Cadbury World Education Department, Cadbury World, Linden Rd, Bournville, Birmingham B30 2LU.
How long is a visit to Cadbury World
We suggest you allow 3 – 3.5 hours for a visit. If you have booked to include an educational session, we suggest you allow for a 4 - 4.5 hours for your visit.
When do you offer educational sessions?
Educational sessions are subject to availability Mon-Fri during term time. They are popular, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Please see our primary and secondary pages for more information.
During your visit please allow time for:
Lunch - School groups are welcome to bring packed lunches to eat during their visit. To enable your bubble to maintain social distancing requirements, we are offering the opportunity to book a space in one of our marquees for your group to use for 45 minutes. If you would like to take advantage of this, a designated time will be included in your itinerary. Each lunch space will be cleaned and sanitised in between each group.

Shopping - To maintain social distancing requirements, visitor groups will only be able to visit The World’s Biggest Cadbury Shop as they leave the main self-guided tour, this will be part of your journey through our chocolatey zones

4D Chocolate Adventure - A 4D cinema experience zone suitable for all ages, with 58 moving seats and two wheelchair spaces, taking around 20 minutes to complete.
Can you provide a risk assessment?
We offer 2 complimentary tickets for teachers to do their own risk assessment, this is available to schools who have booked a visit with us and must be pre-booked with us prior to coming. Where can we eat our lunch?
We have several covered marquees available for schools to use for their lunches. These are not bookable and are available on a first-come first-served basis.
What should I do if we are running late?
Due to social distancing measures, it is important that you arrive on time to ensure that you do not miss any planned activities. If you do arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your group, but this cannot be guaranteed due to restrictions on the number of groups we can currently admit. If you think it is likely that you will arrive later than your allocated entry time, please call our reservations team on 0121 393 6004 and they will be able to assist.
Travelling to Cadbury World by coach

Information for coach drivers
There is a free coach parking area on-site and every coach driver will receive free entry.
Can you store packed lunches, bags or coats?
Unfortunately we are unable to store packed lunches, bags or coats. We kindly advise that any items which you don’t wish to carry with you on the tour, are kept securely on your coach.
CARRIER BAGS
Please note from 5th October 2015, plastic carrier bags will be charged at 5p each, in line with new Government law. You are encouraged to bring your own bags from home if a visit to the World's Biggest Cadbury Shop is planned.
