Cadbury World: Reopening

Welcoming You Back

Stay safe Have fun

Following the government announcement on July 12th lifting all covid restrictions from July 19th, we are excited to be able to re-introduce more interactive activities around the attraction, and of course, welcome more visitors to Cadbury World.
However, the health and safety of our guests and our team remains our number one priority and with this in mind, we will be maintaining a number of the safety measures introduced over the past few months to help keep everyone safe whilst they enjoy our chocolatey world. For full details, please read the information below before you visit.
We will continue to monitor all measures and will keep you up to date with any changes.

Your itinerary
Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you a clear itinerary for your day at Cadbury World. This will include arrival time and admission time for the self-guided tour. If you have booked an educational talk, you will also receive timings for this. As we are restricting the number of groups we have on site in any one day, we politely request that you keep to each time to avoid disappointment due to not being able to enjoy all activities as planned.
Education Topic Talk
Our educational talks are very popular with schools and we have been working hard to ensure that we can deliver them safely. School bubbles will have exclusive use of our dedicated classrooms for their session and these will be cleaned and sanitised in between groups. Social distancing will be maintained between our team members and your group, and any props or resources which are not easily cleaned will be removed. Hand sanitiser stations will be available as your group enter the room and as they leave.

Social distancing
To enable schools to enjoy Cadbury World in their bubble, the number of available admission times has been reduced to provide space for social distancing between bubble groups. Admission times for schools to the main self-guided tour will be between 10am and 12.30pm.
Temperature checks
We are encouraging all groups to have their temperatures checked before they set off. Where a group needs to cancel due to Covid-19, we will be happy to reschedule your visit to a suitable alternative date (subject to availability).
Coach Parking
Once everyone has alighted, your coach can make use of our free coach park in the lower parking area. Groups should rejoin their coach at coach departures, please queue with social distancing in mind if other groups are departing at the same time.
Lunch at Cadbury World
We have several covered marquees available for schools to use for their lunches. These are not bookable and are first-come first-served.
Cleaning and sanitisation regimes
Cleaning and sanitisation regimes have been increased in all areas of Cadbury World. We have also installed hand sanitiser stations in all zones and in both our education facilities and will support all our school visitors to use them frequently.
