Payment
We are not able to invoice you for your visit. Payment in full is due on arrival and should be made by the teacher before the group leaves the coach. Cheques are to be made payable to: Cadbury World. If you wish to make payment over the phone, please call 0844 880 7667* and select option 1 as the education team can not take payment.
How long is a visit to Cadbury World
If you are having an education a talk, we suggest you allow for a 4 - 4.5 hour day or 3 - 3.5 hours if you’re not having a talk.
When do you offer talks?
They are only available Mon-Fri during term time, please let us know if you need any more information.
During your visit please allow time for:
Lunch - There are picnic benches situated at the back of Cadbury World and a marquee will be opened in the event of bad weather.
Shopping - We have the "World’s Largest Cadbury Shop” where we offer items for all kinds of budgets.
4D Chocolate Adventure - A 4D cinema experience zone suitable for all ages, with 58 moving seats and two wheelchair spaces, taking around 20 minutes to complete.
What happens once I've booked my school trip?
You will receive a confirmation letter in the post. When this arrives check the date and time and send us an e-mail to confirm you are coming.
Two days before you come please contact us with your final numbers.
Please bring payment on the day in the form of cash, credit card or cheque. We do not invoice.
Can you provide a risk assessment?
We offer 2 complimentary tickets for teachers to do their own risk assessment, this must be pre-booked with us prior to coming. For more information, please look at our health and safety guide. We have been awarded the “Learning Outside the Classroom” Quality badge.
Information for coach drivers
There is a free coach parking area on-site and every coach driver will receive free entry and one meal voucher.
Can you store packed lunches, bags or coats?
Unfortunately we are unable to store packed lunches, bags or coats. We kindly advise that any items which you don’t wish to carry with you on the tour, are kept securely on your coach. Picnic tables for packed lunches are located by the play area, adjacent to the lower car and coach park.
Where can we eat our lunch?
There are picnic benches and a marquee where schools can eat their packed lunches.
