YOUR VISIT
Pre-booking is essential
All guests must pre-book their tickets before setting off on their journey to Cadbury World. We are gradually increasing our capacity but will still have fewer tickets available than in normal times.
Face coverings
Face coverings are no longer required by law and it is your personal choice whether to wear one when you visit Cadbury World.
Showing symptoms?
We politely request that if any of your party are suffering from any of the symptoms relating to Covid-19, that you don't visit Cadbury World. This includes a temperature of 37.8°C or more, a new continuous cough, or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Please contact us before setting off and we will be happy to move your booking to an alternative date.
Be contactless ready
When making purchases during your visit, we recommend that you pay by card or mobile to avoid handling cash.
Cleaning and sanitisation regimes
Cleaning and sanitisation regimes will continue at an increased level throughout the attraction. We encourage all guests to make use of the hand sanitiser stations available.
