If you have already booked your tickets to visit us today, please email us at cwreservations@mdlz.com with your booking reference along with your preferred date and time for us to reschedule your booking. We will then do our very best to transfer your tickets to the closest available time to your preference on the date you have requested, and email a booking confirmation to you. If for any reason there is no availability on the date you have requested, we will email you again to request an alternative.
The need to close Cadbury World is extremely rare but, given the severity of the weather, the safety of our visitors and our team is our priority. We are very sorry for any inconvenience our decision may have caused but look forward to welcoming you to Cadbury World very soon.
